Meeting The New Year..A Prospect of Becoming a Better Me!

2007 will soon end and it's now a new beginning as we enter 2008. At this early, I'm already preparing the things needed in venturing the world of entrepreneurship. As a part of our MBA course, we are assigned to put up our own business and make it prosper throughout the entire semester. If fortunate enough, we could continue running the business and make it grow even bigger. I have decided to start my own this coming January so that I will be able to run the whole business setup smoothly by the mid of next year. I'm now collecting facts and techinques in handling meat processing business. I have already performed some experiments and have recorded the success and failure rates of my try outs. I have decided to run meat processing business since I have already tried it before and so far it gave me good returns considering the fact that people do really eat three times a day. However this time, I'm experimenting the taste since I want to make my own trademarks. So far the experiments is doing well but I'm still searching for a little bit more when it comes to taste uniqueness. I have listed too my prospect consumers and now starting to formulate my pricing schemes including packaging and marketing. I'm sure this would be so exciting and I wish 2008 will bring goodluck to my new business. I will just start investing little but will give big efforts for it. I know I can do this. GoodLuck to me!

Groove To The Max!!

Party! Party! Party! Last Friday and Saturday night, I have attended our company parties two nights in a row. It was indeed fun and I have enjoyed it a lot. We took lots of wacky pictures but I cant post any in here because your computers might get infected with the beauties hahaha. Christmas Day is fast approaching and I' m also excited. Like a child I do love exchanging of presents very much. I like to give and receive LOL. Wish someone will give me a doll as their present. But I'm a bit shy asking my friends to give me that. They might laugh at me. hahahaha. At my age what am I doing with the dolls LOL. Well, I have personal reasons and its a secret. Anyway, I will surely spend my Christmas together with the whole family. Pasta and salad will always be present during our Noche Buena. But before that we will really try to attend the "Simbang Gabi" or midnight mass to complete the Christmas celebration. Hope everybody will enjoy this season and Have a Merry Christmas to All.

Life is like a box of chocolate.... :)

Last saturday night I have finally find some time to take a break and watched Tom Hanks' Forest Gump, an old film. I could remember that I have watched it years ago but I couldnt remember the whole setting of the story. It was indeed very, very nice to the point that it made me cry specially in the ending scenes but I was trying not to show the tears because my brother was also there watching the movie with me. I'm sure he will tease me a lot if he finds out that I was crying hehehe. The story basically showed lots of lesson to the viewers. For one, being dumbed or disabled is not a hindrance to reach success. Like what had happened to Forest Gump in the story, he may not be as smart as we could imagined but he owned that shrimp shipping corporation which made him millionaire. Same also with Lt. Dan who became crippled after that war in vietnam. He thought his life was worthless after the doctor cut his legs and he even questoined GOD's plan for him. But at the end, he realized that there are reasons to our existence; therefore we should live life to the fullest. But what really marked on my head about that story is about "Destiny" and how it was compared to a box of chocolate. Like what Forest Gump always say, "Life is like a box of chocolate. You will never know what you're gonna get." Yes indeed we never know where fate brings us. Some said Destiny is a matter of choice and in every choices we made to our lives, we must be ready to face its consequences. Yes this could be true but sometimes we just couldn't control everything. But anyhow, we just need to be strong and have faith always. Anyway, I have enjoyed that movie a lot. Well, except that I was crying hehehehe. Couldn't wait to watched another movie related to this. I should be prepared by then. Tissue, handkerchief, and lots of water..hehehe. 'Till my next blog..

Stock Trading Game

I know...these past few days I really havent got the chance to update my blog.. huhuhuhu. I was really too busy with my work and my studies. Last week was my Financial Management report and the preparation period was really a bit tough. Well anyway, ma and my groupmates have delivered it last saturday and so far it went ok. Something happened in the middle of our report though but when it comes to overall judging on how we delivered it, it's still excellent. Well, that's my biased. hehehe. I'm happy this morning because finally I got myself joined in the virtual stock trading game tournament. And today I'm so overwhelmed because I gained from my initial investments. I bought volumes of Petron Corporation, Mega world, and Philex mining stocks and so far it gave me good returns. I'm new to this so I easily get excited whenever there's progress in my stock trading portfolio hehehe. I'm monitoring the ticker tape now of Philippine Stock Exchange and hope I will gain more hehehe. Well 'till my next blog.
